Used some reference from the propellers of aircrafts.

Serious sense of motion going here. I also like the fact that the details aren't too heavily defined in most places - it sort of adds to the sense of the spell's power. Does seem like an uncomfortable rig, though. Is it considered a failed design if repeat castings peel the user's face off? Guess it depends on the wizard.
