This is Jaime from the book Song of Ice and Fire. He's the . . .ehem. . . the incest dude. Now he's the one hand dude. I'm not joking. He's right hand got chopped off from an unfortunate event. He used to be full of pride but after that he's shaping up. I think he's beginning to quit on the incest addiction as well. Cheers to you Jaime. Way to go. Here is the White Knight with the broken jar (symbolizing him), and the diary book waiting to be filled in. The rose in between the pages is his love for his sister still there but as it gets buried beneath the pages, history. 11x17, pencil.

I love that drawing very much. I haven't watched the series because I wanted to keep the original characters of my imagination in my head.... but I've seen pics of the TV characters non the less. One character that didn't match my own imagination at all was Jamie. Your drawing comes much closer to what I think he might look like. So I thank you for drawing him like this. His pose is beautiful. He looks so deep in thought hiding his stump so well that I didn't even notice it at first glance. He really looks broken like the jar... having a big crack. This scene was one of the first in the books where I could see his beauty which was discribed before but didn't reach my head :D

Very nice. It has a lovely brooding mood and a nice composition. Jaime and Brienne are my favorite characters to read about in the books. I really like your take on him here.
