Hear Me Roar TYRION LANNISTER Game of Thrones

Description

Initially when I read A Song Of Ice & Fire series Tyrion was on the bottom row of my favorites, but as I re-read (atleast 3 times) that little bugger grew on me.
So much so even before the HBO release Game Of Thrones!
Call me weird but I believe the actor for Tyrion is better looking than Jaime in the show.
It's almost as if he was BORN to play this role.

So in tribute to one of my top favorite characters as well as the actor I drew my version of Tyrion.
This little lion took a span of more then 3 years to come up with.
He was casting a giant shadow at the back of my mind and finally(!) my ape brain knitted things to place.

His appearance is a mesh up of the actor and what I imagined minus the scars.
I wanted to convey that hey, this "imp" is a force to be reckoned with.
While everyone in the kingdom disregarded him (except Varys) I cheered him on.
(I appreciate you Tyrion! You rock brother!)

Here I depicted him when he was at the height of power and all his achievements as well as his past, vice and virtues.
Despie his size I wanted all the majesty.
So here's a list of what you're seeing if you're interested:
1. He sat on the Iron Throne with impunity as the Hand (he's holding it).

2. He was probably the only one unafraid of Joffrey and toyed with him occasionally (discarded crown on the floor)

3. He's too smart for his own good (the books and scrolls)

4. One of his greatest achievement was winning the battle against Stannis Baratheon. Despite being outnumbered Tyrion came up with resources in such a SHORT time (the giant iron chains with barnacles and seaweed sticking to them)

5. However there are some(?) vices, his love of food, drinking, and women
(grapes, cheese, and wine cup. The cup has a double meaning. It's also the cup used on Joffrey's wedding impending his doom.)

6.His painful past (Tysha) who will haunt him and cause him to go slightly(?) insane. We can't really see her because she's pretty much a ghost in the book, but we can see her body with those coins spilled all over and around her. Which is the coin Tyrion's father paid condemning her as a whore.

7. Lots of messy lines in a furious manner hoping to convey the sheer energy/presence of this guy.

So this piece is a mixture of tragedy, triumph, danger(sinister looking iron throne) and. . . Tyrion himself.
I mean can you not tell this is a tribute that shouts HEAR. ME. ROAR?!
Much Heart for Tyrion.
